Douglass Colony Group – www.douglasscolony.com has openings for construction material handlers in our Commerce City warehouse. The job consists of operating forklifts, unloading/receiving material shipments, staging of inventory, and loading delivery trucks. Duties include: - Operate forklifts safely and perform daily inspections - Participate in on-going forklift certification training - Unload and receive all OTR shipments - Pulling and staging orders for delivery - Pulling and loading service trucks - Keep warehouses clean, organized and efficient Qualifications include: - Able to lift 80 lbs. - Previous warehouse sit down forklift experience - Construction material experience is preferred but not required Benefits - Health and dental coverage - Employer paid life insurance - 401K with company match - Paid time off
