Looking for a driving instructor or a police officer

I'm looking for a driving instructor, either one that's presently working as an instructor or one who's retired, or even a police officer to help me practice driving behind the wheel for a period of two weeks straight (not including weekends) for $300. I already had a driving license for many, many years before but because I let my license expire by accident, I had to take the entire Maryland driving course all over again. So you wouldn't be training a newbie, you'd be training someone who has had experience before. I just need a refresher before I take the road test. I'm looking to get refreshed on how to drive on the highways, driving between parking cones, and the like. If interested, please respond promptly.
