Bilingual Outreach Ambassadors at DC Area Metro Stations

ITA Promotions is now hiring for Spanish Bilingual Outreach Safety Ambassadors. We have several events July 26 thru the end of September, with more opportunities to work after that timeframe pending good performance. There is a paid in person training on July 22 Noon-2:30pm in DC. Outreach Ambassadors will inform Metro riders about upcoming service interruptions, bus stop relocations, route adjustments, shuttle service, station closures/ reopening, and assist customers with their questions or concerns. The job is performed at various DC area Metro stations, and both early morning and afternoon shifts are available, as well as weekend shifts. Candidates must speak fluent Spanish and English, be friendly, reliable, customer service oriented, vocal, and able to stand for extended periods of time in an outdoor setting.
