Experienced maintenance tech needed for garden style apartment properties in Falls Church, VA. Individual must be experienced in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, light carpentry/renovations, troubleshooting and problem solving issues within apartment units and around the properties. Below are some basic tasks that will be performed on a daily/weekly basis (This is not an exhaustive list): Repar/ Replace garbage disposals Repair leaking faucets Repair/ Install light fixtures Repair/ Install toilets Appliance Repair Install bathroom vanity and sinks Repair wood flooring Install kitchen flooring (sheet flooring) Drywall repair/ painting Condenser unit cleaning Window AC installation Snow Removal *Must be able to work with minimal supervision *Must be able to lift 50 pounds *Must have reliable transportation and tools *Will need to take 24 hour "On Call" duty on rotating basis *Pass random drug testing Competitive compensation, bonuses, paid holidays and sick leave.
