Handyman or Property Manager for 2 properties

I am looking for a handyman to maintain two properties (with a third one coming soon) including routine checks, patching and painting drywall, adjusting doors to open/close properly, minor plumbing and electrical, troubleshooting HVAC, diagnosing appliance issues, and other tasks as needed, install and troubleshoot network and A/V equipment, build 3rd party vendor list, schedule and follow through on all property management needs.
