 • Comfortable on a ladder and able to climb up to 2.5 story's
 • Can work outside in the sun for an extended period of time • Conscientious of clients possessions
• Friendly demeanor and a positive attitude 
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
 • Computer and Smartphone Literate 
• Clean appearance 
• Cat/Dog friendly
