Need help finishing major drywall repair, professional texturing,Paint

I became crippled last year and I am loosing my home because I can no longer live independently and I am moving cross to live near family I need help finishing my bedroom and restoring the entire apartment to its original move in condition, I have done a lot of work on it myself already and the rest of the apartment needs to be painted I need someone who has their own transportation and can help me finish restoring the apartment to it’s original condition so I do not lose my section 8. I m on SSI and having a hard time making ends meet as it is so all I can offer is $200 I have all of the painting supplies but due to my disability I don’t have the stamina to finish this all by myself in time to move Aug 1st The texturing is only necessary in the corners of the room On the walls where wallpaper used to be & one small area in the living room that needs to be textured professionally so I need someone with the experience and correct machine to do this job. I want to add that I did take down the wallpaper in my bedroom by myself and removed pretty much all of the staples and have everything moved to the center of the room so it is out-of-the-way so you can easily work. I had someone come over today to texture and paint but they really didn’t have the right equipment and left before the job was done however they did primer the walls in my bedroom make it easier to paint later on. I also fixed the scarring from the wallpaper with drywall mud and sanded it down This does require painting the entire 780sqft apartment and baseboards but I will help wherever I can! I just cannot do all of this salon in time to move out and handle my health and juggle my personal life and work one day a week in order to keep bills paid please let me know if you can help
