Has anyone else tried to call Walgreens in Knightdale?

The other night I tried to call Walgreens and was on hold for over two hours! When I went into the store the next day the pharmacist told me that they were very busy and she couldn’t answer the phone. She said she was taking care of customers in the store. I thought that I was a customer too. Most places take phone calls and if they are helping another customer they will put you on hold, take care of that customer then get back to you as you are actually the next in line. She kept helping the walk ins and never picked up the phone! I’ve been trying to get a refill on my Dexcom sensors but I’ve gotten the run around. Their people don’t communicate what they need like they should When they get the information they don’t process it like they should. I have been lied to by several of Walgreens people both locally and at the corporate levels. It took from July 4th until now,July 15th and I still haven’t gotten the refill. I tried to call their Medicare department and they tried to send me to their Dexcom department. The phone number they gave me was a fax number ! Any of you had problems with Walgreens?
