Small Family Business looking for a full time employee, must be reliable, hard working, able to work a flexible schedule, preferably have a means of transportation. We are at the mercy of our customers. The job opening is for a general laborer to help out in a plant, running production. washing and cleaning and recoating. Very Hands on. Must be able to be on your feet all day long. Be able to lift 40-50 lbs. Labor intensive. Room for growth. - Start out at $18.00/hour with possibility of increase. - Mon-Sat. (More often than not Mon-Fri) Possible split weekends. Possible Graveyard shifts on occasion. - Start at 6AM (some times earlier) most days, usually off by 4 or 5PM ( These times will vary depending on customers.) - Almost Guaranteed 40 Hrs/week, OT is possible and often. Most days average 10 hours, some days are longer/shorter than others. - Small crew. must be able to work side by side with others. - Medical and Dental Insurance for employee and family, Retirement plan that company will match a portion. 6 Paid holidays off. Vacation and sick pay. -Spanish speaking is not an issue. -PAID EVERY WEDNESDAY. -2 SUBSTANTIAL BONUSES A YEAR.
