Job Type: Full-time Wage: $55,000 Annually D.O.E. Description: Springtime Landscape and Irrigation is seeking entry level landscape maintenance crew members for full-time, year-round positions. The successful candidate(s) will provide maintenance service on residential and/or commercial landscapes. Daily Tasks: Set up weekly meetings with foreman to work on training, reviews and paperwork Procures, organizes and can pull up all information for production files, permits, and locations for upcoming projects Obtain current prices on materials, places orders and ensures all materials are present for projects Works closely with customers to bid, schedule and implement change orders Visits sites daily, inspect final project and do final walk through before warranty end date with customer and foreman Requirements: Minimum of 5 years Landscape supervisor experience Employee should also have extensive knowledge of landscape, maintenance and irrigation design techniques and a through knowledge of the bidding processes Must have previous experience or be able to quickly learn CAD, CLIP, MS Word and Excel software Employee must have valid Oregon Driver’s License and be insurable with Springtime Irrigation’s insurance carrier Benefits Package Includes: 401kª Health Insurance* Dental Insurance* - optional Visions Insurance* - optional Life Insurance Short Term Disability Paid Time Off (PTO) 6 Paid Holidays * Company pays portion of insurance costs, Employee pays a portion. ª Employee contributes to 401k Employee Perks 401k - Matching Employee Discount Employee Purchasing Employee Discounts at Local Business
