Seen Lost/Stray Small, Black and White Dog

Description

Spotted today, 7/15/22, in the Woodlawn neighborhood around 4:15pm. Small, short hair, black and white (mostly white) dog with collar (possibly a Jack Russell Terrier Chihuahua mix or a similar small breed) roaming around NE Durham Ave. I was unable to snap a photo, but the dog was first sighted on NE Durham between NE Liberty and NE Rosa Parks Way. While on my bike I followed him/her down NE Durham before he/she took a left on NE Lenore Ave. The pup took a right on NE Bellevue Ave, then went out of sight after either going into a yard or going left onto NE Morton St. After loosing sight of the dog, I called Multnomah County Animal Services with the dog's description and last seen location. Hoping this pup is reunited with their family soon!
