Job includes pulling skid steer with a pickup truck to job locations & carefully loading up dump trucks with construction trash, some paperwork & potential managerial duties. Perform daily checks on all equipment used- grease check fluids. Types of skid steers being operated are CAT models- 246, 242 & 259 with a grapple bucket. We clean construction debris on new home lots. Clean in the box and around the entire home if accessible. Clean up by hand loose debris that may be around if needed. Must be able to communicate professional to customers. Must be able to receive/read emails from customers. Experience is a plus. TEXT ONLY JASON 210-571-4707
