Our work environment includes: Relaxed atmosphere We're looking for an experienced Handy Man to work extremely closely with our other employees. Our Handy Man will learn to deal with customers and act as an integral member of the team, making sure to always put business needs ahead of their own. The ideal candidate will choose to invest their time in completing all necessary tasks and is capable of working independently in a fast-paced and stressful environment. General Handyman to assist us with work orders, turnovers and rehabs Qualifications: Experience in General Contractors/ Handyman type repairs including some or all of the following:  plumbing  electrical  HVAC  repair  painting  flooring  lighting/plumbing fixture repair and replacement  Site up clean General Requirements: - Must have own transportation - You are reliable and hardworking - Ability to work with little supervision. - Good communication skills. We are seeking an individual who will work hard, with the strong potential of growing with our company, currently looking for long-term work. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Experience:  Handyman: 2 years (Preferred) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $17.50 per hour
