Essential Functions & Requirements: • Manage daily logistics, delivery, and shipping operations. Supervise or perform the receiving, dispatching and storage of merchandise in our warehouse • Reviews all Sales Orders for operational issues, errors, and fulfillment • Ability to operate a forklift and pull a trailer is required, as well as the ability to load and unload goods in a safe and efficient manner • Ability to lift and move up to 60 pounds manually and provide the delivery service occasionally where required • Maintain the sales documentation and keep accurate records of sales, deliveries, and warehouse activities • Support inventory forecast. Keep stock control systems up to date and ensures inventory accuracy • Works with warehouse employees to ensure proper inventory controls, including proper and timely product rotation and correct labelling and storage of products. • Process returns, exchanges, and replacement of goods. Investigates customer complaints and resolves problems. Maintains complaint, customer feedback, error, and quality control data. • Plans, coordinates, and implements quarterly and annually inventory audits • Performs all job functions as needed to ensure facility operates smoothly and customers receive excellent customer service • Able to communicate well with the customers and other team members • Familiar with MS software including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint TO APPLY: Please send resume or your previous work history to be considered
