If legislation was passed to confiscate guns in America, there would be a civil war unlike any conflict or war in American history, let's look at deaths in previous wars, Civil War deaths over 600,000, World War 1 over 110,000, World War 2 over 298,000, Vietnam War over 58,000,Deaths due to mass shootings since 2009, over 1500, many more injured, if the Federal government tried to confiscate the guns, the civil war that would happen would result in millions of Americans killed and many more injured, and after the conflict ended, the Federal government will have lost, and the guns will still be here, now I think it would be much better to avoid the civil war and do something about the “crazy” people who are responsible for the mass shootings.
