Real estate office seeking experienced REO property preservation contractor to assist with occupancy checks, rekeys, trash outs, winterizations, sales cleans, etc. Experience preferred with national/local preservation firm. Must have ability to perform all tasks and take pictures before/during/after either with cellphone or camera and ability to upload these. Must also have reliable transportation and equipment/trailer needed to complete tasks. This is NOT a salaried position...pay will be per task and based upon bid provided by contractor. We are NOT a national field service company and can typically provide higher fees than typically allowed by HUD and national firms. Respond via CL if interested.
