We repair concrete driveways, sidewalks and take on various masonry projects. The work is throughout the Greater Cleveland Area. I am looking for someone who is hard-working and reliable to be my full time project assistant. If you want to work full time, this job may work out for you. If you want to work less, this job will not work out for you. The pay is generally $25.00 per hour. Let's talk about the pay - and let's be honest: At the end of each work day I pay you $10.00 per hour. At the end of the work week I pay you another $10.00 per hour (for being on time every day we work). Every month we look back at the last month and pay a bonus based on 50% of your weekly bonuses. So, that is $25 per hour if you are dependable and punctual. If you're not dependable and punctual we'd rather not hire you to begin with.
