Yes yes, we all understand. I was just speaking in general. We all know you have to have an underlying constitution. So either a majority a minority can't violate your tenants. To put it in the simplest of terms. If suddenly we had to take in a hundred thousand nazis. They could come here. They could live here. They could even form a nazi party. But they couldn't vote in anything that would give them nazi like control, violate the constitution our basic tenants. Or change our form of government. Or in theory. Impliment something that's tantamount to any of that. That we have checks and balances for just that reason. And that's were the fun begins. That's why we have a majority vote rules. If it's not in conflict with the constitution. One side. Wants one thing the other wants something else. So we vote. And off to the races we go. Bla bla bla. To infinity. I wasn't sure you understood that. And if you do. Why are you trying to circumvent it? Everyone knows our founding fathers had little to no concept of anything but creationism. Hence to them ( and me for that matter.) This is all a creation Therefore a creator. They believed ( and i also) that this creator is watching, has an agenda, and can be beseeched. That This creator must want us to have this for whatever reasons. Or He ouldnt allow it. And that we could ask Him to bless it. Therefore one nation under God. ( well it also had the not inconsiderable effect of getting everyone at the time behind this constitution. As most here at the time we're one form or another of either God centered or Christians.) But that's were it ends. They spent a great deal of effort to make sure that no one, religion, political party, idealism, etc. Could have an advantage over another. That for example church and state must be held separate. Well there's the rub isn't it. Most people have to vote their religious conscience first. How do you not allow this? How can you tell them that they need to vote state minded. Not religious. But if you don't. That makes one or two religions. The ruling parties disallowing. ( Or lat least making ineffective) any other faiths or ideals. Or in short no freedom of religion. That at the least one main religion or set of ideals. Will permeate everything. Causing everything else to be punished. So we really have never enforced the the spirit of the constitution. Its an ideal. That humans just can't obtain. One side feels it's there to protect their ideals and faith form what their ideals and faith tell them is wrong. The other side says. " No, it's here to protect and allow all ideals and faiths as long as it doesn't violate the spirite of the constitution. That as long as your not violating someone's rights or the laws. All should be acceptable. But it's not. The other side has made it impossible because of their beliefs. By the laws they have been allowed to pass. That are in reality unconstitutional. Well, you can't win elections by telling people they can't vote or make laws that go against their beliefs. So the seeds of destruction are sown from the outset. In order to win and have the power to enforce the constitution. They have to compromise their message. Yeah, all of that's politics 101. What are you going to do? You can't tell the one side it's not ok to be in congress, dress like a clown and date a kangaroo. When in fact it is. You can't tell the otherside they can't. When the constitution says they can. Toss in all of the underhanded things they do to beat out each other. And all of greed and fears that comes with humans. And ta da! You have the American experiment. At some point like with all things humans invent. (since everything has become a trade off. ) the tools are not working for what they were originally designed for. Every one on both sides see this. They realize that we have to cut through the BS. And take it back to the original idea. Yet one side says it has to be a country of how we view Christanity. As most of us are Christians. And God will not bless us if we dont. We will be destroyed because America is Christian. That without that basic understanding and the laws that enforce it. We are doomed. The other side says. God blessed us when we made it for all. Even those that don't believe. He said to leave the world alone. Don't judge or you'll tear up the whole garden trying to get the weeds. And in truth on earth. Most wars and the longest running wars are do to basic dogma. It seems to be that when God confounded their languages. He confounded more than that. He made them so they can't understand each other. And told them them they all don't understand anything. The blind leading the blind. And that all of their hearts were evil. Hence the words in order to create a " more perfect union.". The founding fathers. Tried to make things more equil. But it isn't is it. You can't allow the right to in essence control. That takes freedom away from the left. Causing fear and hatred. But if you give the left rights. That takes power away from the right. And causes fear and hatred. You can't teach the right. The spirit of the constitution because of their faith. You can't force the left to live under the oppression of the right. When the constitution say they don't have to. And so on and so on. While this is a vastly over simplification of the symptoms of the problems. It's an old one. It will come at some point to a head. And one side or the other will win out for whatever period of time. If you look at history. This is how democracies die. When the old or conservative win. The counties either destroy themselves in Short order from within. Or become such a hated enemy of the world. That others destroy it. And thousands usually die in the process. When the more liberal win. The counties ultimately become something else. They grow greatly. But they eventually become like Rome. Because of the same old fights. Then it Starts all over again. And the fight either goes one way or the other. Or the country explodes. And thousands die in the prosses. Almost all of it can be traced back to dogma. This is why the founding fathers. Separated church and state. Not to win this battle. ( They knew they couldnt.)But to try to put it off long enough for us to grow past it. To give them time to learn to live with each other. And not try to control each other. Today we have one side that says. This is the control we have to have. The other side says. Your killing us with that control and can't see it. So we will now control you make you see it by taking control. In the end. It's always the battle that destroys the country. That means if you want to buy more time to work on it. Since the old can't move no matter what problems it causes. And the new has to move no matter what problems it causes. That old is like a rock in the path. Even though some say it has to stay there. You can't move forward as long as it's there. So we either move it ( become more liberal with all of its new problems. ) Or we go around it. Continuing to be more liberal. Leaving the rock behind. Because we are at an impasse. And the past is destroying us. We can't stay here. It's causing too much trouble. Change has to take place. Since the right can't change. Or God will strike us dead. Or whatever they have to believe. (That's all well and good. ) But history has shown that if we don't move forward. God will strike us dead. We have no choice. We have to move forward. So you can either become more liberal. By voting against your beliefs. Or you can watch the country be destroyed. Like always down through history. But the fight has to end. And it can't end on the side of conservatism. It has never worked. It always at best turns into russia. That gets overturned three times a century. And doesn't have a pot to piss in. Just a military state. Where no one has any rights. At least with the left. They'll be heavily controlled. But you'll still have some. And we can all live to fight another day. In the end it won't make any difference which side wins. There will be a one world government. And they won't allow any arguments on any side. They'll simply bomb what they don't like. You can be the ones who cause it. Or you can stay away from it. The free world sees it as our only hope is to move forward Right or wrong. And we can't survive as a country without the rest of the world. Not even close. All of its pretty infantile. According to God who says you should not judge. Because you're incapable of it. So yeah I get it. I'm telling you your being dumb. You're telling me " I know you are but what am I?" Da! From now on let's try to confine our interactions to important things. Like why we don't have coffee and donuts on jogging paths? Why do the girls with model like shapes that wear stretch pants. Wear a shirt that hangs over thier butt and covers it? But girls with a larger arrangement tuck in their shirt and let it all hang out? Why don't more people use cocktail sauce on fish sticks? Why do some people hate star trek? And others hate starwars? Why are you even arguing with some guy that's so old he probably taught tut. How to use a potty chair?
