Need someone with building / painting skills to help with renovation

I am renovating my basement and need someone with carpentry, painting, drywall hanging, tiling, and general labor skills to help on a variety of projects. $20 per hour. At least 100 hours of work available, probably quite a bit more before it's all over. Must be reliable and competent. I know how to do all this work myself, but I don't have the time. But, I do have a very clear vision of what I'm trying to accomplish, so I need someone who can understand and follow the directions I give them. Looking for someone who can help me see this project through and there is a long way to go, so it could wind up being a couple months of work for someone with the right skills and work ethic.
