All Star Labor & Staffing is seeking full-time swing shift employees for a lumber mill in Philomath, Oregon. These positions are Monday-Friday 2PM-11PM.
This company offers monthly employee lunches, monthly bonus opportunities once hired on, FULL benefits, they're family oriented, and half Friday shifts for Swing shift employees! Once hired on a pay increase of $20-$22/hour is offered.
Job duties would be working green chain, loading the kiln for drying Hemlock, Doug Fir or Cedar, tallying wood, driving Forklift, wrapping the wood once processed/cut.
This mill likes to rotate employees at each station to ensure the employees understand the mill and each area of the mill, but also to find the right fit for you.
