Looking for bike

My neighbor is in need of a bike and he's fixed income and doesn't have any transportation. I give him rides when I can but I can't always be there when he needs a ride so I asked him if he can ride a bike and he said yeah mine got stolen a while back so I'm just asking the community if their is anyone out there with a spare bike they can donate to him I'd greatly appreciate it. I myself isn't working at the moment so my funds are very tight. I just like to ask if anybody has extra bike to please help. Thank you
