In search of studio

Hi all! I’m a stained glass artist in search of a studio space. I’m used to working in small spaces and could make due with a 100 sq ft space (or a little less honestly). My work can be loud (when using my grinder/saw) so I’m looking for somewhere that can handle some noise on occasion. I currently work out of my basement and am looking to move to a space that specifically has windows. I’ve had a hard time finding commercial spaces and thought I’d see if anyone has a room/garage/etc that they’re willing to consistently rent out, or if anyone has any leads for Milwaukee art studios spaces that I may not know about. I’d likely access the space 2-3 days a week during typical work day hours. If offering to rent out a residential space I’d love to chat- I’m in the Bay View neighborhood and would like to stay as close to home as possible.
