We are seeking a General Maintenance Technician for our Mobile Home Complex. As a General Maintenance Technician you will perform tasks of great variety such as performing maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, carpentry, flooring, and minor rehabs. This is an on-site location. Hours are 9am – 5pm Monday through Friday; however, Maintenance Technician is expected to live on-site (Unit provided). Requirements for General Maintenance Technician 2+ years experiences as a General Maintenance Technician (Handyman) Owning basic hand & cordless tools Vehicle that can carry basic job supplies as needed. (ex. drywall, base boards, and paint). Work independently, exercising judgment and initiative on multiple tasks Read and interpret manuals, schematics, plans and specifications related to duties Responsibilities for General Maintenance Technician Perform preventative maintenance general repairs Basic plumbing repair Paint Undertake light installation of equipment or carpentry Repair equipment or appliances Assist tradespeople on our team with electrical, plumbing or basic HVAC repairs Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks Identify and report the need for major repairs. Compensation: 2 Bedroom Unit provided (Employee must pay for his/her own utilities) Pay is Competitive and Negotiable.
