GROUNDSKEEPER / PORTER – Lewis Retail Centers Lewis Retail Centers, a division of one of the largest real estate developers in the nation, is actively seeking professional, detailed candidates for full-time Porter / Groundskeeper careers located at beautiful local shopping centers in the Inland Empire area. In your new position, you would provide property, parking & common-area cleaning, painting and various custodial/janitorial duties, while delivering a warm and personable, customer-service enthusiasm to the role. Some of your new duties will include: -Parking lot, sidewalk, food court and landscape area trash pick-up -Empty/clean trash receptacles, dumpsters -Graffiti removal -Cleaning/maintenance of directories, tenant mailboxes, light fixtures, etc. -Reporting of unauthorized solicitors or marketers -Roving to additional retail centers as needed (mileage reimbursed) -Other duties as needed PLEASE NOTE: Weekends are required, days off will be during the week. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation is also required. This is a full-time position offering an hourly wage of $20.00/hour and all work auto mileage will be reimbursed to you.
