Need cutting and welding help with axle

I have a Ford 9" axle which came with spring perches on the wrong side and I have my old axle which has its own perches. I would like to hire someone with metal fabrication skills to help me flip the perches around (weld them to the other side) and/or transfer my old perches to the new axle so I can swap it in. They're mild steel.
