The Role: We have an excellent opportunity for a reliable and motivated Painter! This position will support the maintenance team. The Painter will be responsible for Painting vacated/occupied apartments, painting exterior sidewalks, pool areas, exterior doors and thresholds, model apartments, and assisting the maintenance team, as necessary. Qualifications: One year of painting experience is highly preferred.
