Recovery Supervisor: The Primary Responsibilities for the Recovery Site Supervisor is coordination of the various worksite crews. The Supervisor communicates daily with the Operations Manager for weekly and daily work assignments. Supervisors are responsible for posting 72-hour notices for sites identified by The City. Site Supervisor manages the coordination, and communication of workload to the Recovery Lead and crew members, to include lists of site locations, and details of work to be performed. Supervisors are the main point of contact between Site Recovery Leads and the Operations Manager. Reports back site performance reports to the Operations Manager. The physical demands described here are representative of those required for an employee to be able to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. No experience is required, on-the-job training will be provided. Work will begin at the main facility, and from there, the recovery supervisor will drive from the Warehouse to the job sites in a company vehicle. Attendance is a crucial component of this position. Qualifications: • Cleaning/Janitorial Experience (preferred) • Ability to work as a team (required) • Integrity and ability to work independently • Follow all safety and personnel rules, policies, and regulations (required) • Ability to bend, stoop, stand, walk, reach, and climb for extended periods of time • Ability to lift 40 lbs. on a continuous basis and occasionally up to 50/60 lbs. unassisted • Mentally strong and prepared to work with the homeless community. • Supervisory experience is preferred. • Able to work with law enforcement Job Type: • Full Time • $23.00 per hour • Days & Times Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Benefits: • Simple IRA (Retirement Plan) Company match 3% • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Vacation time • Sick time • Six paid holidays Please contact: Nick at 971 930-2628 Alma at 971-930-2794 - Hablamos español
