Great established family owned and operated company has opening for a full-time apartment maintenance technician at a BRAND NEW 55+ community. Must have at least two years of experience in the maintenance field. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, great at multi-tasking, hard working, punctual, and has a high standard for quality. Must have experience in painting and some appliance repair. Experience with gas appliances a plus, but will train. Typical schedule will be Monday through Friday. On-call after hours rotation for maintenance emergencies (typically infrequent). Must have reliable transportation. Seriously considered applicants will have to pass background check and drug screening (no illegal drug use). Company currently provides 75% of dental/vision, pays a portion of medical insurance, generous Paid Time Off (PTO) package with 20 days paid leave per year in addition to holidays, IRA retirement plan after one year (with company match!), and monthly cell phone allowance. The person hired will NOT live onsite. A great place to work!
