Carpintero / Trabajador General. Carpenter / General Labor (North Seattle) We are looking for somebody to join our small team as a carpenter / general labor. We build new construction homes in the Seattle area. Day to day operations differ but you can expect to work on some of the tasks below. -Cleaning Sites -Building Decks -Building Fences -Soffit Framing -Landscaping -Retaining Walls -Concrete form work -Laying Patio/Pavers -Delivering Materials Hours are 7:30-3:30 Monday-Friday. Paid 30 min lunch break included. Overtime (1.5x) availble on weekends and/or on select days. Starting pay is $23 - $28/hour depending on experience. There are frequent raises and project bonuses. We ask that you have experience with power tools and working on a job site. We require that you have a good work ethic and are punctual. We are looking for somebody who has reliable transportation, a general set of tools, and is a positive, drug-free addition to the team.
