About the opportunity: We are searching for an experienced Assistant Service Manager in Everett, WA! Our beautiful property has over 300 units. The ideal candidate will have one year of experience in a similar role working in the apartment or hotel industry. Must be able to work on Saturdays and participate in the on-call schedule. What are some of the responsibilities of an Assistant Service Manager? Performing routine and preventative maintenance throughout the apartment community including Service requests, make-ready scheduling, and supervising other team members. Schedule and ensure quality-ready units in an efficient and timely manner, within budget. Maintain shop inventory and report deficiencies to Service Manager.
