Full Job Description Lift Truck Operator - All Shifts LOCATION: EVERETT, WA Starting Hourly Rate $20.50-$22.50 and $1 differential pay for night time Plus $2 differential during peak season POSITION TYPE: FULL TIME $1,500 sign-on bonus $375 Paid fully in (4) months. Relocation Bonus - $2K relocation bonus for individuals living 50 miles or further. Referral - $300 Paid in 4 months Multiple Openings Schedule: 1st shift (A) 7:00AM - 5:30PM 1st shift (B) 9:00AM - 7:30PM 2nd shift (A) 7:00PM - 5:30AM 2nd shift (B) 9:00PM - 7:30AM About our client: Food processing manufacturer experiencing business growth needing multiple employees across 3 shifts due to business expansion. Key Responsibilities: Receive raw ingredients and packaging supplies according to specified procurement and quality guidelines Put-away all raw ingredients and packaging supplies to the appropriate storage locations Pick and transfer raw ingredients and packaging supplies from warehouse storage to operation departments as requested Ensure proper rotation of raw ingredients, first expired – first out Return ingredients and packaging supplies back to proper storage locations after usage Transfer finished goods to rack locations and/or shipping dock Pick, following first in – first out, and ship finished goods via shuttles or direct to customer in accordance with all quality and regulatory requirements Effectively complete all of the above-mentioned tasks through an ERP application Maintain cleanliness of warehouse to include dry, frozen, and cooler storage, and all receiving and shipping docks as well as the finished goods cooler Maintain strong working relations with warehouse and operations leads Monitor the accuracy of inventory locations and tags Effectively communicate inventory discrepancies and other issues to lead and manager as appropriate Practice safe forklift operating procedures Maintain food safety practices Monitor for safe load capacity on storage racks Monitor safe storage procedures to eliminate workplace hazards Other duties as required Required Qualifications/Education/Skills Forklift certification Reach Truck Personal Qualities/Characteristics Strong communication skills Self-motivated Good organizational skills and detail oriented Basic math and reading skills Physical Demands Ability to lift 50lbs Ability to stand and walk up to 2/3 of working time Ability to work in cold environment (Cooler, Freezer) Job Environment Different climates – Such as dry storage, Cooler, Freezer Manufacturing environment—conditions can be wet and cold Benefits including: Medical/Dental/Vision/401K with company matching/Short-term and Long-Term Disability/Flexible Spending Account 80 accrued PTO hours Paid Recognized Holidays Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.50 - $22.50 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Supplemental Pay: Signing bonus
