1. Minimum 5 years experience
2. Need to have his own truck
3. Capable to lead a team of 5-10 gardeners
4. Capable to provide estimates and invoices
5. Knowledge on Irrigation repairs
6. Flexible to attend emergencies after hours and weekends
7. Able to hire gardeners
8. $250 per day payment
9. $250 truck allowance
10. Gas paid by company
