Need large insulated, elevated dog house

I'm looking for someone to build 3 large insulated, elevated dog houses/kennel. Design is simple wooden tall rectangular in shape, flat roof, waterproof with large door, one small window and fencing for dog run area. You can work on site and would like project completed by end of July or sooner. I have a limited budget and requesting quotes. I can get materials or you can provide. Will select lowest bid. The space is 10f 3in wide and 7ft 9in in depth. See pictures of space. In this space I would like 3 insulated dog houses side by side. Dog house dims: 4.5ft Length x Height 3ft 11in x 3ff 4in with a run of 3ft in length. Dims can be modified but these are sample dims close to what I'm looking for.
