Rental Property Management Company is looking to hire a full-time W2 Maintenance Technician (Handy Man) to Travel to our rental properties all around the Charlotte area and perform detailed property assessment reports, repairs, upgrades, and improvements. The bulk of the work will be to help with property turnovers after a Tenant Moves Out...to get the property ready for a new Tenant to Move In. We provide a Work Van, After 90 days Health Insurance and paid to time off. Full time W2, Monday to Friday, typically no nights or weekends. $20-26/hour Requirements: -Fluent English -Spanish is a plus -Basic Tools -Valid Driver's license -Good Record -Extremely detailed oriented -Self Starter -Time Management Skills -Complete 4 Work orders per day -Must be very efficient with repair time. Duties: -Fixture replacement, -Plumbing, Electrical, and Carpentry skills -Drywall and trim patch and repair, -Touch up and small Paint Jobs, -Window Treatments Blinds/Screens Installation, -Punch List Items, -Dryer Vent Cleaning, -Appliance Installation, -HVAC Filter Replacement, -Smoke Alarm/CO2 Sensor Installation, -Small Trash outs. -Light Flooring Repair -Molding and Base Boards -HVAC Diagnosing is a Plus -Pressure Cleaning If you believe that you are a good fit for this position, please fit out this application:
