I am writing to see if you might have any leads for a studio that would be used for resin polishing so entails dust—a covered outdoor space or well ventilated indoor space is ideal. Please let me know if anything comes to mind. Thank you for your consideration! Size: Minimum 100 sqft Location: (ideal to less ideal) - Hawthorne, Gardena, Lawndale, Redondo or Torrance Budget: $500-750, but flexible Additional Notes: - Must have window or door ventilation to outside to avoid dust spreading to other units. - Cannot share a wall with a transom to other units (dust will go everywhere). Must be an enclosed space with ventilation. - Would like to have a sink, but not necessary.
