Can you help me get my dog out of the pound?

I have been given several stories regarding the cost to get my dog out and what they will do to him if I don’t. The worse case scenario is that he would be euthanized the best is rehomed. The most expensive to get him out is 220$ and the least is 190$. The reason I was told he would be euthanized rather than rehoused is because he has a dislocated hip, and the cost of the surgery. I firmly believe My dog was wrongly taken from in front of my RV last Thursday. He has severe separation anxiety, and he is very well behaved. Therefor it is difficult to believe he was anywhere but where I last saw him when I went back to my RV to get my flip flops, which took less than 1 minute. Which would mean I do not know why the animal control took him, except that I have a very nasty mean drunk of a neighbor who had been complaining about another person’s dog, which is a sweet pit bull, however, as I said he is a nasty mean drunk. I normally would have the money to do this easy pleasy but life has been horrible this last year. Please help any way you can.
