Description

We are a Property Management company looking for a full time maintenance tech/landscaper. Some experience preferred, but this is an entry level position and we are okay with training the right candidate. This person would be responsible for irrigation of the landscaping, pruning, trimming, trash removal, janitorial and "handyman" tasks, work orders (garbage disposals, painting, shampooing carpets, patching holes, etc.). This is a full time Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM position.
