Looking for someone that knows how to do all areas of renovations. Framing Hang & finish drywall Hang doors & cabinets Trim work Some plumbing (not shark bites) Some electric Glue down carpet Painting Screening Fencing Please don't bother calling or texting telling me you worked here & there doing this and doing that. Be straight up honest tell me what you don't do what you're not capable of. If you say you can do it that don't mean that you've done it before for a couple hours. It means you have the tools needed for that task along with the knowledge and the capabilities of getting the job done. I personally do everything that's listed and more I do everything except for roofing. If you're the right fit you will be paid accordingly. I'm not looking for Laborers I can go to home Depot and pick up a half a dozen of them all day long. I'm looking for someone that can go blow for blow with me on the job & not ask questions about how to do something because they already know what they're doing. I will know within 5 minutes if you know what you're doing or not. So please if you don't know what you were doing don't waste either of our time. No drug addicts or alcoholics. I pay in cash.
