Full time, permanent positions - 40 hours+ per week. May qualify for bonus after 90 days. Starting pay is $15-25 per hour depending upon position and experience. We are seeking experienced and qualified workers to fill the following positions (all positions require a valid Florida driver’s license) - - Skilled Laborers - Crew Leaders - Supervisors General Job Description/Requirements: Installation of plants and trees Irrigation system installation and repair Low voltage lighting installation Landscape rock/mulch & boulder installation Hardscape installation - pavers, concrete, CMU, BBQ's, bocce courts, water features, fire pits, outdoor kitchens Must be able to follow direction Report to work on time and as scheduled Ability to drive truck with trailer Ability to operate equipment is a plus (Skid Steer, Backhoe, Trencher) Knowledge of local plant material Knowledge of construction procedures Better than average communication skills Able to handle the summer heat - all positions are working, outdoor positions Must be motivated and possess the ability to think 'big picture' Able to manage crews of 3 or more members MUST be responsible and hardworking Bi-Lingual is not required but will earn more We offer: -Competitive Pay -Promotion opportunities -Paid time off -Bonuses -Company Vehicle (some positions) Must be able to pass e-verify Reply via email/text with resume and salary requirements.
