Cross Property Maintenance is immediately hiring maintenance / landscaping crew members. Duties: * Perform landscape maintenance duties such as mowing, trimming, edging, weed control, and pruning * Operate a variety of mechanical equipment including edgers, weed eaters, commercial mowers, blowers, chainsaws and pressure washers. * Perform landscape enhancement activities such as installation of new sod, mulch applications, planting new plants and trees. Requirements: * Must have reliable transportation to work * Must be legally able to be employed in the U.S. * Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. * Must be able to perform all physical requirements associated with this position. * No experience needed, we will train on any skills needed for this position. Pay: $14-$18 per hour (pay based on experience) Paid Holidays Schedule: Monday-Friday
