Leah Rogers: 17-year-old Welsh girl dies a horrific death from known Pfizer adverse event. Leah was admitted to Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham. Doctors diagnosed her with haemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis, a horrible disease that causes the immune system to aggressively attack healthy blood cells and tissues. Said disease is listed as a known adverse event to the mRNA injections on Pfizer’s own April 30, 2021 adverse event report.
