Our Marina is looking for a boatyard technician. Must be willing to help out wherever needed, comfortable working outside in marine weather conditions and committed to delivering the highest level of customer service. Guaranteed 40 Hour Work Week, Monday to Friday, 7:30AM to 4:30PM. Will teach if experience is lacking. Please email resume to: [email protected] Please call to speak to Chris with questions regarding the position 718-885-2300 - Mon – Fri 8:30AM – 3:30pm Essential Functions: • Responsible for maintaining general cleanliness of the boatyard and shop. • Power wash and clean boats. • General boat maintenance, sanding, bottom painting, waxing, power washing, and shrink-wrap, winterizing • Working with boat handling, launching and hauling • Ability to lift 60lbs when needed • When needed, assist with unskilled maintenance and be willing to learn. • Must be honest, dependable, and timely with the ability to confidently work without direct supervision.
