POSITION SUMMARY: Adequately installs power poles to ensure safe and reliable power supply to the work site. This is an entry-level position and a great way to get into the residential electrical trade without electrical experience. WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR A RESIDENTIAL ELECTRICAL UNDERGROUND T-POLE INSTALLER? Must have a Valid Driver’s License and clean MVR report. Must be willing to operate a company vehicle. Able to dig holes or trenches RESPONSIBILITIES: Install Temporary power poles for job sites Install Meter cans on the exterior of homes Install underground piping and floor outlets for all new homes according to print Dig holes or trenches. Setting poles and anchors. All other duties as assigned by supervisor. QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to read and scale blueprints for proper placement of underground pipes, floor outlets, and ground rods The ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds. Physical dexterity Must have a Valid Driver’s License and clean MVR report.
