ATT Landline Outage near Timber/Benson Rd??

My ATT landline has been down since Tuesday morning. ATT tells me it is a local area outage and won't be fixed until Saturday by 6pm. Is anyone else in the area having the same problem? I have seen no repair trucks in the area and think they may not be telling me the truth.
