Maintenance Technician - Parking Lot Cleaner

Professional real estate management firm in need of a daily parking lot cleaner. The candidate will be responsible for the daily walk through and cleaning of various properties throughout Southern NH and Northern MA. Job Responsibilities: -Cleaning shopping center parking lots between the hours of 8:00am - 4:30pm. -If needed, emptying large trash receptacles and wipe down for any debris. -Clearing sidewalks of debris & litter. -Handpick trash in landscape beds and other areas throughout the properties. -Keep notes, photos and report illegal dumps or any other maintenance issues that require follow up. -Must follow a daily route sheet. -Clean truck after route. -Clean driving record. Will train. Must be hardworking, punctual, follow tasks, work efficiently, and able to accomplish daily assigned job tasks.
