This is my very awkward attempt at reaching out to my fellow younger musicians of craigslist... Tired of reaching out to all these 50 year olds. Anyway, 19yo Guitarist here wanting to start some type of rock band. Kind of like TUYU except with less depressing lyrics and more of an RHCP instrumentation. Looking for bass + drums + solid vocals to complete that style of instrumentation. Female vocals preferred for the weeb songs but it's not a hard preference. If you're a dude that can somehow pull off singing umapyoi densetsu and aozora no rhapsody then don't hesitate to reach out. Ho-kago tea time, Ado, Tuyu, Aimyon. Just some random jp artists I can think of off the top of my head that I like. I also like all the classic stuff. Beatles, Eagles, Zeppelin, Van Halen, Bee Gees, ABBA, etc etc. Lots of various older music. We don't have to play weeb music exclusively. We can play around with other genres and styles. Biggest downside here is I don't have my own practice space, so we would have to find somewhere else to practice. I'd much prefer people around my age but I don't really care that much as long as there's good vibes and we all like the same music. Feel free to send over some demos of your playing/singing. I will be happy to do the same.
