What you can expect: A room full of top-performing real estate agents in the PNW coming together to collaborate on business, market changes, and how to navigate successfully through it all. We will hear from Mike Appleby, who will present on the state of the Puget Sound / Snohomish County market and provide insights into local economics and where he thinks our market is headed. You will get to hear from our special guest, author, coach, and mega-team leader Erik Hatch, who has successfully built a team out of Fargo, North Dakota that sells 1000+ homes every year and has also successfully helped his leaders build mini teams and live big lives! Then we will invite a few select top producers from around the PNW to participate in a panel sharing tips on setting expectations with clients, how to navigate a changing market, as well as some tangible takeaways to how they are pivoting their businesses to remain profitable and open to opportunities that may come about - all while maintaining a decent level of work-to-personal prioritization There will be heavy appetizers (first come, first served!) as well as wine, beer & refreshments provided at no cost.
