Two cats need to find new home

We have two cats who need to find new home(s) because of downsizing of living (moving from house to apartment). They are a brother and sister pair, about 8 years old. They are healthy and up-to-date with their shots. They are inside-outside cats, fairly active and affectionate. They can be separated and move into separate homes if that's necessary.
