We are looking for a full-time Operations Manager for our fence installation company which is in Minneapolis. Our company is part of a nationwide brand that has thousands of reviews and a 92% satisfaction rating. We are growing quickly and looking for an individual with a strong work ethic and great attitude. We offer full benefits (health, vision, dental, etc.) and pay will be around $26-32 per hour depending on related background and experience, but pay is flexible. We will be willing to reimburse for gas to get to and from job sites as well as a company cell phone is needed. The main duties of this job are supervision of install teams, walkthroughs with customers before and after installation as well as general warehouse management including operating a forklift. Must have great organization, customer service skills, and ability to manage install teams. We install all over the Twin Cities, so reliable transportation will be required.
