Erin has been practicing with Body & Brain for 3 years and instructing classes for 1 year. Through guiding breathwork and energy awareness she supports participants to focus inward to feel their bodies deeply. Participants will begin to develop an awareness of how to open paths of stuck energy. Through committing to her own self-care Erin is able to provide an atmosphere of brightness and positivity to support class participants. Before working at Body & Brain Erin worked as a Mental Health Counselor in Saratoga County, NY. Erin's clinical mental health work informs her approach to yoga and tai chi and is reflected through her focus, not only on physical wellbeing, but also mental wellbeing. When not teaching classes Erin enjoys finding new trails in the greater Boston area to hike, refreshing at local coffee shops with a good book, and dancing all her cares away!
